me and boy went down to smu and ntu's open house yesterday.
gosh,i was taken aback by the stark difference of both schools.
smu-very vibrant and articulate. Student helpers were readily available,smiling at you and asking if i needed help. The booths were very unqiue,made up of coloured sofas. The career seminar was interesting, 90 mins just flew by unexpectedly. There were 3 guest speakers from finance industry and construction industry. Something i knew the other schools would not invite for open-house.
ntu- goodness. the hostel a major turn off. it looks like a prison cell from far. grilled windows and rigid looking doors plus plus pretty small. AND it was HOT. i'm so gonna convince my dad for an air-con dorm, $30 more a month,aint that bad.
i made my final choice yesterday but still depends whether God wants me to go there. AS i said to my mum,' i have done my best. i will let God decide where am i to spend the rest of my 3/4 years'
