i finally visited the dentist after Sooooooo long. you really dont want to know how long. i'm very terrified of dentist since primary school, now you know.
so i walked into the dentist room this afternoon, the dentist said "so valerie, u are here for a general cleaning right?" i plopped down the chair nervously and stated the shake so badly " er..i'm scared.." dentist replied clamly (he actually has a very soothing voice) " no worries" then he checks my teeth using his thrusty metal needle like tools and then with a very serious tone warned " this is not good. it will be painful. you need to split your check up into 2 seperate sessions"
omgg..
there i was, stuck on the chair for half an hour, with my mouth open ( i wasnt not given any break until the end-damn you), and i was clutching to my shorts..very tightly through out the session. it hurts.
and the worst thing is, i have only done the lower teeth.. my next appointment is next week for the upper teeth. the dentist said " i think i will give you a jab for the upper teeth. it will hurt very badly"
faints.
i heard of stories abt ntu dental , in fact many of the stories. they make you come back a few times so that they can charge you more and make you pay for things you dont really need. ( ntu dental charges much cheaper than outside, explains why they use tactic to earn more)
i have decided, i'm not opting for the jab. i really dont think its necessary. as for the additional session, i have no choice ya. since im already half way there.
